NPV CALCULATOR
This Software Product makes calculating Net Present Values or Present Values of cash flows very easy and fast. You can for example calculate how profitable an investment is going to be - if it is worthwhile to undertake. You may want to calculate today's value of some expected future cash flows, or maybe you are interested to know how much some past cash flows are worth today. You provide four different input - the time period of interest, discount rates for the time period of interest, points in time when the cash flows occur, and the cash flows themselves. The time period of interest will be given in whole years, and must include year zero representing today. Whole numbers between -99 and 99 are accepted, and the length of the time period is limited to 99 years. You use one year discount rates for every year in the time period. Results from the calculations are put out to a new spreadsheet. You also have the option of getting the output to a Word document as well, provided you have Microsoft Word installed. The output consists of your input, the cash flows' computed present values, and the net present value in a tabular form. The present values are further presented in a column chart.
